The laundry has 2 large industrial washers and dryers The linen provided is enough for 2 change overs.

The main communal floor has a large entertaining are with pool table, bar, 2 T.V areas and large open fire place. This floor has a semi commercial kitchen with large 6 burner cooktop and commercial dishwasher.
